Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are made between us, AUDITAX ACCOUNTANTS having its registered office at Auditax Lodge, 99 Victoria Avenue, Hillingdon, Middlesex, UB10 9AJ  (Us, We, Our) and you, the "Customer" in respect of purchases of goods made from Auditax Accountants website.

1. PURCHASE ORDERS FOR GOODS/SERVICES

1.1 We will not enter into transactions outside of our territory.

1.2 The display of products on our Website does not constitute an offer for sale or an invitation to trade.

1.3 Each purchase order raised by Customer, whether electronically on the Website or otherwise, shall be deemed to incorporate these terms and conditions.

1.4 An order placed by Customer either on the completion of the purchase process set out in the website pages or otherwise shall constitute an invitation to Us to trade.

2. PRICES AND PAYMENT

2.1 Payment shall be made in UK pounds sterling only.

3. DELIVERY

3.1 Delivery dates are approximate.

4. CLAIMS AND RETURNS

4.1 Customer must notify us in writing within 5 weekdays of delivery of any discrepancy between services supplied.

4.2 Returns may only be made with prior written consent from us.  Returns for services ordered in error must be notified to us within 5 weekdays.

4.3 Invoice queries must be raised in writing within 5 days of the date of invoice.

4.4 Claims may be made either through the website, by e-mail to info@auditaxaccountants.co.uk or in writing.

4.5 All notices given in writing should be sent to Auditax Accountants, Auditax Lodge, 99 Victoria Avenue, Hillingdon, Middlesex, UB10 9AJ.

5. GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY

5.1 Information on the website may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information and product/services specifications, including information relating to price and availability may be changed or updated without notice.  No guarantee is given that the information accessible via the website is accurate, complete or current.  The website may be unavailable from time to time. Nothing on the website shall be construed as a condition, warranty or representation.

5.2 We shall have no liability to the Customer for indirect or consequential loss.

5.3 A person who is not party to this agreement shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement.  This clause does not affect any right or remedy of any person which exists or is available otherwise than pursuant to that Act.

5.4 If any term or provision in this agreement shall in whole or in part be held to any extent to be illegal or unenforceable under any enactment or rule of law, that term or provision or part shall to that extent be deemed not to form part of this agreement and the enforceability of the remainder of this agreement shall not be affected.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

6.1 All sales and purchases via this site and the terms and provisions of any contract or arrangement in relation to such sales shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
